LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT - Clapham and Patching CofE Primary School

Full Time (Part time considered) Fixed Term Appointment Until July 2025 (with the possibility of being extended)

NJC GRADE 4, points 5-6

£24,790 - £25,183 (£17,316 - £17,591 30 hours per week pro rata)

30 hours per week - Term Time Only plus INSET Days

Working hours: 08:20 – 15:20. Starting January 2025 (or earlier)

Additional hours may be possible after school or during lunch break.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, kind and dynamic Learning Support Assistant who will support primarily in EYFS but also in Key Stage 1 in line with the ethos of the school.

The post is based in our small rural village school in Clapham and Patching, which is in the heart of the South Downs. We pride ourselves on our inclusive ethos, as we aim to provide the best possible education for all our children. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a dedicated and professional team supporting children at this small, friendly village school.

Experience of working in Early Years and a current First Aid qualification would be an advantage. We would like the successful candidates to fulfil a paid lunch time duty of 30 minutes each day (this is negotiable).
