How we communicate

Here at Clapham and Patching CofE Primary School, we value how we communicate with our parents and carers.  We use the following communication methods:

ParentApps:

We use a communication app called ParentApps, Parents and Carers can easily download the app onto their smartphone and tablet and have access to important information in just a few seconds. We send letters out, consent forms, term dates and events all saved onto the app.  Parents can also book Parent Consulation Evenings and after school clubs via the app.

Monthly Head of school Newsletter:

Once a month, Mrs Chubb Head of School sends a newsletter to all parents and carers. This will share any important messages with parents and carers along with information about safeguarding, attendance, health and safety.

Facebook and Twitter:

Please like and follow our Facebook and Twitter accounts.  Lots of information and updates are shared here too. Along with what we have been doing in school.

Parent Consultation Evenings:

Twice yearly we have Parent Consultation Evenings where parents and carers can come into school to meet with the child's class teacher.

Annual Reports:

During the summer term, an annual report will be sent home with your child.  Their progress and learning and achievements throughout the year will be shared.

Appointments with Staff:

Staff welcome parents, carers and children in the mornings. If you wish to have an appointment with a member of staff to discuss anything, please call the school office 01903 871214 or alternatively, email the school office who will be more than happy to make an appointment for you office@claphamandpatching.co.uk
